Blind Assessment
Complex, richly sweet-tart. Nectarine, Meyer lemon zest, cocoa nib, nougat, lilac in aroma and cup. Sweet-tart structure with juicy, balanced acidity; delicate, satiny-smooth mouthfeel. The finish consolidates to notes of cocoa nib and Meyer lemon.
