Blind Assessment
Gently roasty, richly chocolaty and nut-toned. Dark chocolate, kumquat, roasted walnut, peach, magnolia in aroma and cup. Roundly sweet structure with pert, lively acidity; syrupy, buoyant mouthfeel. Dark chocolate and kumquat carry the sweet-toned finish.
