Complex, multi-layered, deeply sweet-tart. Lilac, cocoa nib, peach, amber, pistachio in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart structure with bright, juicy acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. The resonant, flavor-saturated finish leads with notes of lilac and peach, balanced by suggestions of crisp cocoa.

Southern Ethiopia coffees like this one are largely produced from distinctive traditional Ethiopian landrace varieties of Arabica long grown in the region.
