Blind Assessment
Gently sweet-tart, fruit-toned. Goji berry, amber, grapefruit zest, agave syrup, cedar in aroma and cup. Crisply sweet structure with tart-leaning acidity; full, satiny mouthfeel. The finish leads with notes of sweet goji berry, backed up by perfumy amber notes.
