Blind Assessment
Richly floral, fruit-toned, balanced. Passion fruit, pink peppercorn, star jasmine, cocoa nib, sandalwood in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart structure with vibrant acidity; syrupy, viscous mouthfeel. The spicy-floral finish leads with notes of star jasmine and cocoa nib.
