Blind Assessment
Chocolaty, sweetly nut-toned. Dark chocolate, hazelnut butter, Bing cherry, cedar, red grape in aroma and cup. Sweet in structure with gentle balance; creamy-smooth mouthfeel. The resonant finish leads with notes of dark chocolate and hazelnut with undertones of cherry.

Produced by smallholding farmers of Lima Coffees, from trees of the Catimor, Caturra, Bourbon and Typica varieties of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
