Blind Assessment
Fruit-driven, richly cocoa-toned. Nectarine, dark chocolate, violet, pink grapefruit zest, graphite in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart acidity; very full, viscous mouthfeel. Resonant, long, flavor-saturated finish.

Yirgacheffe is a coffee region in southern Ethiopia that produces distinctive coffees from traditional landrace varieties of Arabica long grown in the region. Processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
