Blind Assessment
Richly sweet, crisply fruity. Plum, magnolia, cashew, agave syrup, dried sage in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart structure with brisk acidity; syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. The crisp finish highlights notes of cashew and plum.
