Blind Assessment
Delicately tart, crisply sweet. Goji berry, pie cherry, lily, fir, salted caramel in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; very full, satiny-smooth mouthfeel. Tart fruit and salted caramel notes carry the inviting finish.
Notes
Produced by Diego Abarca of Finca San Calletano, entirely of the Gesha variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Duluth Coffee is a cafe and wholesale specialty roaster founded in 2012 in downtown Duluth, Minnesota by Eric Faust. Visit www.duluthcoffeecompany.com for further information.
Bottom Line
A quietly confident natural Costa Rica Gesha with bright fruit and salted caramel notes as throughlines.
