Blind Assessment
Juicy-bright, balanced. Raspberry, cocoa nib, lemon verbena, almond butter, fresh-cut oak in aroma and cup. High-toned, sweetly tart acidity; crisp, satiny mouthfeel. Lemon verbena and cocoa nib predominate in the finish.

Produced by Symon Mariku of Njawato Estate, from trees of the SL28 and Ruiru 11 varieties of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
