Blind Assessment
Crisply sweet, cocoa-toned. Cocoa powder, orange zest, almond, freesia, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart structure with brisk acidity; lightly satiny mouthfeel. The quiet finish leads with cocoa and almond notes.
