Blind Assessment
Gently sweet-tart, tropical. Baking chocolate, pineapple, ginger blossom, tarragon, cedar in aroma and cup. Intricately sweet with brisk acidity; satiny, viscous mouthfeel. Quiet finish consolidates to baking chocolate and ginger blossom.
Notes

Bottom Line
A cleanly natural-processed Costa Rica cup driven by tropical fruit and floral tones, with crisp baking chocolate notes throughout.
