Blind Assessment
Sweetly citrusy, floral-toned. Pomelo, narcissus, almond butter, cedar,, wild honey in aroma and cup. Juicy-sweet structure with brightly tart acidity; very syrupy, viscous mouthfeel. Citrusy, floral-driven finish.
Notes
Produced at Finca Buena Vista, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). CoffeeBox Coffee founders Godfrey and Coco focus on small-batch coffee roasting with the goal of making the joy of premium coffee accessible to everyone. Visit shop.coffeebox.tw for more information.
Bottom Line
An inviting washed Colombia Geisha with multi-layered citrus and floral aromatics and an especially vibrant body.
