Blind Assessment
Bright, delicately juicy, richly aromatic. Cocoa nib, star jasmine, apricot, pink grapefruit, sage in aroma and cup. Sweet-tart structure with juicy acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. Resonant, long, flavor-saturated finish.
Notes
Produced by brothers Nestor and Adrian Lasso of Finca El Diviso, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). CoffeeBox Coffee founders Godfrey and Coco focus on small-batch coffee roasting with the goal of making the joy of premium coffee accessible to everyone. Visit shop.coffeebox.tw for more information.
Bottom Line
A classic, high-toned washed Geisha cup driven by cocoa and complex floral notes.
