Blind Assessment
Crisply fruity, cocoa-toned. Baking chocolate, pink grapefruit, lychee, fresh-cut fir, almond in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet-tart acidity; lightly satiny mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of pink grapefruit and baking chocolate.
Notes
Produced by Humberto Martinez of La Estrella Farm, entirely of the Pacamara variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Slake Coffee is a small-batch roastery located on the Central Coast of California, that develops specific roast profiles for every coffee based on the inherent qualities of the bean. Bottom Line
A quietly confident natural-processed Pacamara cup with leading notes of citrus and crisp chocolate.
