Balanced, sweetly bright. Apricot, cashew, cocoa nib, lemon verbena, cedar in aroma and cup. Gently bright, juicy acidity; crisp, lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Satisfyingly cocoa-toned finish with undertones of lemon verbena.

Produced at Finca Las Palomas and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
