Blind Assessment

Evaluated as espresso. Sweetly nut-toned, earthy and caramelly. Dark caramel, almond, pipe tobacco, date, oak in aroma and small cup. Full, syrupy mouthfeel; gently drying, wood-framed finish. In cappuccino-scaled milk, caramel is front and center, supported by notes of pipe tobacco and date.

A wide-ranging blend of coffees from six origins, variously processed, that results in a deep-toned, sweetly nut-driven, delicately earthy cup, especially pleasing in cappuccino format.
