Blind Assessment
Bright, juicy, balanced. Apricot, almond butter, star jasmine, bergamot, cedar in aroma and cup. Sparkling, vibrant acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. Long, flavor-saturated finish that extends the promise of the cup.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers, from local heirloom varieties of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying) at the Haro Washing Station. Kakalove Café is a nano-roaster located in the small city of Chia-Yi in Taiwan that strives to procure and roast the finest quality coffee. Bottom Line
An elegant, deeply aromatic, nuanced Ethiopia cup — a washed classic.
