Blind Assessment
Multi-layered, deeply sweet-tart. Candy apple, hibiscus tea, lemon verbena, cocoa nib, fresh-cut oak in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; plush, creamy mouthfeel. Very sweet, candy-like finish.

Produced by Yeisson Calderon of Finca Villa Betuila, entirely of the Caturron variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Bottom Line
An exceptionally sweet, gently tart Colombia natural with leading notes of hibiscus and candy apple, complicated by cocoa nib and rich aromatic wood tones.
