Blind Assessment
A ready-to-drink black coffee, tested cold. Floral-toned, sweetly tart. Bing cherry, ginger, wisteria, pink grapefruit zest, allspice. High-toned, juicy acidity; light, crisp mouthfeel. Tart, spice-toned finish. Perfection with milk, where wisteria notes are amplified and Bing cherry and ginger harmonize with pink grapefruit zest.
Notes
Prepared by the cold-brew method, which involves prolonged steeping of ground coffee in cold water. Contains no additives or ingredients other than coffee and water. The green coffee used is a blend of two Costa Ricas, one washed and one honey-processed. Euphora is a Taipei-based specialty coffee roaster with an active online community through which all sales are made. Visit www.euphoracoffeestudio.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A compelling, multi-layered Costa Rica RTD with evocative florals as a throughline, supported by stonefruit, ginger, and a hint of allspice for a complex sensory experience.
