Blind Assessment
Sweetly tart, fruit-forward. Mango, baking chocolate, lemongrass, honey, fresh-cut fir in aroma and cup. Juicy-sweet acidity; crisp, velvety mouthfeel. Lemongrass and baking chocolate predominate in the finish.
Notes
Produced by Luis Calderon of Finca Betulia, entirely of the Caturron variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Bonlife Coffee Roasters is a woman-owned specialty roaster in Cleveland, Tennessee. Visit www.bonlifecoffee.com for more information.
Bottom Line
Tropical fruit notes carry this brightly sweet-tart Colombia, supported by crisp chocolate and lemongrass tones.
