Crisply sweet, gently tart. Apricot, almond butter, plumeria, tangerine, elm in aroma and cup. Balanced, sweet-toned acidity; velvety-smooth mouthfeel. Almondy finish with hints of tangerine and elm.

Produced by smallholding farmers, entirely of landrace selections of Arabica long grown in the region, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
