Blind Assessment
Crisply sweet, cocoa-toned. Cocoa nib, dried apricot, walnut, magnolia, maple syrup in aroma and cup. Balanced, sweet structure with high-toned acidity; satiny-smooth mouthfeel. Crisply chocolaty supported by notes of dried apricot and walnut.
