Blind Assessment
Delicately floral, richly sweet. Narcissus, cocoa nib, lemon verbena, red apple, cedar in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; velvety mouthfeel. Long, resonant, lingering finish centered around notes of narcissus and cocoa nib with lemon verbena undertones.
Notes

Bottom Line
A blend of coffees from Ethiopia and Costa Rica — a washed, a natural and a honey — with a pretty floral throughline.
