Blind Assessment

Richly chocolaty, delicately fruit-toned. Dark chocolate, yellow plum, almond, cedar, agave syrup in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; very full, satiny mouthfeel. Chocolaty finish supported by notes of yellow plum and cedar.

Notes

A blend of coffees that’s 50% washed Colombia; 40% washed Ethiopia and 10% natural-processed Ethiopia. Cupping Room was founded in 2011 in Hong Kong and now has seven coffee shops across the city. Visit www.cuppingroom.hk for more information.

A Colombia/Ethiopia blend with a chocolate throughline and stone fruit and aromatic wood undertones.
