Blind Assessment
Balanced, roundly floral- and citrus-toned. Lime, red apple, freesia, almond in aroma and cup. Effervescently buoyant and bright in structure, lightly syrupy in mouthfeel. The herb-toned flowers and citrus ring on in a quiet but long finish.
Notes
A blend of coffees from trees of the Geisha variety grown on Finca Bella Vista and Finca Carmona in the Antigua growing region of Guatemala by Luis Pedro Zelaya. Processed by the traditional washed method. Kafe Coffee Roastery is a specialty roaster based in Zhubei, Taiwan. Visit shopee.tw/zengkaochen for more information.
Bottom Line
Here the Geisha flowers arrive with an herby twist and lime-toned brightness.
