Blind Assessment
Vibrant, balanced, classic. Cantaloupe, honeysuckle, pistachio, cedar, lemon verbena in aroma and cup. Lightly tart, juicy structure; silky and vivacious in mouthfeel. The finish is crisply bright, with a near sugary sweetness.
Notes
Produced at Finca La Hermosa by Max and Claudia Perez from trees of the famous Gesha (also spelled Geisha) variety and processed by the traditional washed method. Kakalove Café is a nano-roaster located in the small city of Chia-Yi in Taiwan that strives to procure and roast the finest quality coffee. Visit www.kakalovecafe.com.tw or email [email protected] for more information.
Bottom Line
Juicy and alive. Classic in outline, complex in detail.
