Blind Assessment
Bright, sweet, lyric. An exhilarating range of flowers (rose, wisteria, plum blossom), bergamot, apple, pear, cocoa nib in aroma and cup. Sweetly high-toned and satiny in structure. Flavors layer and deepens in a long, resonant finish.
Notes
Produced at the admired El Injerto farm in the Huehuetenango growing region of Guatemala from trees of a rare strain of the celebrated Geisha variety long grown in the African nation of Malawi. Processed by the traditional washed method. GK Coffee is a nano-roastery in Yilan, Taiwan, that offers both retail and wholesale coffee. Bottom Line
Classic flowers and citrus. Thrillingly complex; manages to be bright and light yet resonantly deep.
