This exceptional coffee was selected as the No. 11 coffee on Coffee Review’s list of the Top 30 Coffees of 2024. Produced by the Lamastus family of Elida Estate, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the ASD natural method, in which the whole fruit is fermented in an oxygen-free environment, then slow-dried, also in the whole fruit.
