Blind Assessment
Berry-driven, cocoa-toned. Raspberry, cocoa nib, amber, lemon verbena, cedar in aroma and cup. Delicately bright acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of raspberry and cocoa nib with amber undertones.

Bottom Line
A pretty blend of washed Guatemala and natural-processed Ethiopia coffees that offers berry top notes, amber underneath, and a cocoa nib throughline.
