Blind Assessment
Richly aromatic, complex, multi-layered. Star jasmine, blood orange, cocoa nib, lychee, marjoram in aroma and cup. Vibrant, sparkling (phosphoric) acidity; elegant, silky-smooth mouthfeel. Long, aromatic, flavor-saturated finish.
Notes
Produced by the Lamustus Family of Elida Estate, entirely of the Green-Tip Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method, specifically DRD (dark-room-dried). Paradise prides itself on quality and freshness, craft-roasting coffees in small batches only after orders are placed. Visit www.paradiseroasters.com or call 808-498-4048 for more information.
Bottom Line
A resonant, lyrically sweet, impossibly complex, yet immanently inviting Panama Geisha.
