Blind Assessment

Evaluated as a green coffee sample-roasted to light-medium. Harmonious, gently fruit-forward. Cocoa nib, raspberry jam, almond, marjoram, amber in aroma and cup. Crisp, briskly sweet acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. Cocoa- and raspberry-toned finish with undertones of resiny amber.
