Blind Assessment
Richly sweet, engagingly tart. Pie cherry, dark chocolate, agave syrup, pineapple kefir, fresh-cut fir, bay leaf in aroma and cup. Gently brisk acidity; very full, creamy mouthfeel. Resonantly tart finish with chocolate and fir undertones.

Produced by Gasharu Coffee and processed by the anaerobic natural method, in which whole fruit is fermented in tanks with limited oxygen before drying, also in the whole fruit.
