Blind Assessment
Evaluated as a green coffee sample-roasted to light-medium. Richly aromatic, delicately fruit-centered. Papaya, bergamot, walnut, cocoa butter, frankincense in aroma and cup. Brisk, sweet acidity; very full, syrupy mouthfeel. Cocoa butter and bergamot are supported by papaya and frankincense notes in the resonant, long, richly aromatic finish.

Produced by Goodfun Coffee Farm (賴彥合), a member of the GuKeng Farmers' Association of Yunlin County, Taiwan. The coffee is entirely of the Geisha variety and processed using the natural method. Supplied as a green (unroasted) coffee. Roasted for evaluation purposes by Coffee Review on an ARC S sample roaster. Note that this coffee roasted on other equipment using different parameters may net a different sensory profile and rating than described in this review.
