Blind Assessment
Evaluated as a green coffee sample-roasted to light-medium. Gently tart, quietly sweet. Ginkgo nut, dried peach, orange zest, cocoa powder, cane sugar in aroma and cup. Gently tart, citrusy acidity; crisp, lightly satiny mouthfeel. Cocoa-toned, citrusy finish.

Produced by Hua Xi Tian Manor Cafe, a member of the GuKeng Farmers' Association of Yunlin County, Taiwan. The coffee is entirely of the Geisha variety and processed using the traditional washed method. Supplied as a green (unroasted) coffee. Roasted for evaluation purposes by Coffee Review on an ARC S sample roaster. Note that this coffee roasted on other equipment using different parameters may net a different sensory profile and rating than described in this review.
