Blind Assessment
Evaluated as a green coffee sample-roasted to light-medium. Complex, punchy, sweetly tart. Mulberry, belladonna lily, mugwort, orange marmalade, hazelnut in aroma and cup. Juicy, sparkling acidity; very full, satiny-smooth mouthfeel. Crisp finish consolidates to notes of mulberry and hazelnut.

Produced by Huang Ting Coffee Estate (陳榮豐), a member of the GuKeng Farmers' Association of Yunlin County, Taiwan. The coffee is entirely of the SL34 variety and processed using the honey method. Supplied as a green (unroasted) coffee. Roasted for evaluation purposes by Coffee Review on an ARC S sample roaster. Note that this coffee roasted on other equipment using different parameters may net a different sensory profile and rating than described in this review.
