Evaluated as espresso. Gently bright, balanced. Hazelnut, cocoa nib, goji berry, candied violet, oak in aroma and cup. Plush, satiny mouthfeel; quiet, nutty and cocoa-toned finish. As cappuccino, richly nut-toned with sweet floral impulses.

A blend of 70% washed Guatemala coffee blended with other undisclosed origins and named after a Hawaiian bird of cultural significance.
