Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Richly chocolaty, sweetly nut-toned. Pomegranate, chocolate fudge, butterscotch, almond, marjoram in aroma and small cup. Creamy, viscous mouthfeel; chocolaty, richly nutty finish. As a cappuccino, exceptionally chocolaty and very rich.
Notes
A blend of 70% washed Guatemala coffee blended with other undisclosed origins and named after a Hawaiian bird of cultural significance. Bottom Line
This blend is fudgelike in its chocolate intensity, supported by notes of tart fruit and sweet herb notes throughout the profile, especially inviting in three parts milk.
