Blind Assessment
Bright, sweet, richly floral-toned. Frangipane, ginger blossom, blood orange zest, saffron, hazelnut butter in aroma and cup. Floral-toned, juicy-bright acidity; lightly creamy, very smooth mouthfeel. Richly resonant, elongated finish.
Notes
Produced by Adaura Coffee, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Paradise prides itself on quality and freshness, craft-roasting coffees in small batches only after orders are placed. Visit www.paradiseroasters.com or call 808-498-4048 for more information.
Bottom Line
A lyrical, expressive washed Panama Geisha characterized by a range of floral tones, sweet to spicy, complex citrus and nuts, and rich cocoa — a mesmerizing cup.
