Blind Assessment
Richly sweet-tart, chocolaty and floral. Dried mulberry, dark chocolate, finger lime, amber, bay leaf in aroma and cup. Winy acidity; very syrupy, viscous mouthfeel. Finish centers around notes of dried mulberry and dark chocolate.
