Blind Assessment
Richly sweet-tart, fruit-driven. Pomegranate, dark chocolate, toffee, magnolia, cedar in aroma and cup. Tart-leaning structure with vibrant, juicy acidity; satiny-smooth mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of pomegranate and magnolia with dark chocolate undertones.
