Blind Assessment
Round and full in aroma, with caramel midtones and tartly sweet topnotes: passion fruit and pink grapefruit. The impressive aromatics are overwhelmed in the cup by a rather bitter acidity, though the passion fruit notes emerge again in the finish.
Notes
This blend is packaged in a speciallty designed filterpack for the Flavia SB100 single serve brewer. Flavia ("The Cafe of Choice") is a brand of Mars Incorporated, a large, privately owned company that started with its now classic candies before adding pet food (Whiskas), people food (Uncle Ben's) and vending systems, including the SB100 home single-serve brewer.
