Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. In the small cup richly complex aroma and flavor: mixed fruit (currant, grape, banana), moist forest wood, caramelly chocolate, vanilla. Full, buoyantly creamy mouthfeel; chocolate dominates in a richly drying finish. Flavor carries with authority into two parts milk: pungent fruit and chocolate with a long, resonant finish.
