Blind Assessment
Crisp, balanced, roasty. Dark chocolate, raisin, peppery aromatic wood, a hint of flowers in aroma and cup. Acidity is round and roast-muted; mouthfeel is medium in weight but slightly lean in texture. Chocolate prevails in a sweet-toned, balanced finish.
