Blind Assessment
Sharply and richly pungent. Scorched cedar, rosemary-like herb, hidey leather, with hints of floral top notes. Bittersweet, backgrounded acidity; very lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor almost resolves into chocolate in a sweet but heavily astringent finish.

Who Should Drink It
Aficionado adventurers curious about this very unusual blend of coffee species, although the impact of dry-processing (drying in the fruit) and a darkish roast may obscure any clear view of the sensory impact of species.
