Blind Assessment
Deep, savory/sweet. Dark chocolate, fresh-cut cedar, plum, hints of rose and perhaps thyme in aroma and small cup. Full, lightly syrupy mouthfeel; clean, rich and, chocolate-toned in the finish. In three parts milk a complexly expressed, plummy dark chocolate dominates.
Notes
Coffees in this blend are certified organically grown and Fair Trade certified, meaning they were purchased from small-holding farmers at a "fair" or economically sustainable price. Who Should Drink It
This full, deep, pungently chocolaty espresso is a pleasing and well-designed alternative to the brighter, lighter-bodied espressos currently in vogue.
