Blind Assessment
Delicate but intense. Roundly and sweetly pungent in aroma and cup: dark chocolate, hazelnut, fresh-cut fir, apricot-like fruit. Gentle but lyrically lively acidity; silky mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates in a lightly drying finish.
