Blind Assessment
(As brewed in a Keurig K-Cup B70 Platinum single-serve brewing device using a "RealCup" capsule to produce a 6-ounce serving): Gentle citrus and floral sweetness. Candied lemon, flowers, suggestions of fine black tea in aroma and cup. Gently tart, juicy acidity; very light but silky mouthfeel. Flavor persists quietly in a sweet-toned but drying finish.
Notes
Marley Coffee was founded by Rohan Marley, Bob Marley’s son. It sources and roasts fine coffee from Jamaica, Ethiopia and Central America. Yirgacheffe is a coffee region in southern Ethiopia that produces distinctively citrus- and floral-toned coffees from traditional varieties of Arabica long grown in the region. RealCup capsules are manufactured by Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee and are compatible for use with the widely distributed Keurig K-Cup line of single-cup brewing devices. However, neither Marley Coffee nor RealCup have any affiliation with Keurig or K-Cup. Keurig and K-Cup are registered trademarks of Keurig Inc. Visit www.marleycoffee.com for more information.
Who Should Drink It
A fine, balanced rendition of the great Yirgacheffe cup for owners of Keurig K-Cup and other compatible brewing devices.
