Blind Assessment
Intense, bright but balanced. Complex lime- and orange-toned citrus, night-blooming flowers, a hint of hazelnut and crisp roasted cacao nib in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart acidity; smooth, silky mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but lingers in a quietly rich finish.
Notes
This is a special auction lot produced by El Injerto, one of Guatemala’s most celebrated coffee farms, from the admired Pacamara variety of arabica. Pandora Noble Age is El Injerto’s description for a coffee produced only from very ripe, dark red, almost purple fruit, when sugar content is at or around its maximum. Fong Da Coffee is one of the oldest and most distinguished specialty roasters in Taiwan, founded in 1956 and offering a wide variety of single-origin and blended coffees. Visit
