Blind Assessment
Complex, delicately distinctive. Rose-like flowers, sweet carob, malt, orangy citrus in aroma and cup. Rich, rather opulent acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Hints of citrus and malty carob carry into a sweet-toned though drying finish.

Finca Malacara, an old and celebrated El Salvador coffee farm, was divided into three farms (A, B, and C) in 1955. This lot, from farm B, is composed entirely of coffee from the heirloom Bourbon variety of Arabica. Flight Coffee Co.
